Back to Eden partnered with Stone Digital to design a modern new website with integrated ecommerce functionality, allowing wholesale clients to place orders online and replacing their previously manual, error-prone ordering process.
Key Highlights:
– Designed and developed a custom ecommerce website tailored for B2B wholesale customers
– Replaced manual email-based ordering with a streamlined ecommerce system that enables wholesale clients to place orders directly through the website
– Integrated with Unleashed Software to sync customer data, live inventory, and pricing daily, with the option to trigger ad hoc syncs
– Reduced admin workload and improved accuracy by connecting order data directly with the warehouse team
