For most of our projects, web design is one part of our broader website design and development process. While we can work with you on design alone, our typical projects take your website from initial design through development, testing and launch.
Kickoff Process
In this initial step, we gather all necessary assets and information we need to start the project. Team members are also briefed onto the project and have the chance to meet and reconfirm requirements with Client.
Design Phase
During the design phase, we commence creating design mockups. We start with a design mockup of your homepage, once that’s approved we move to creating designs for other pages.
Development Phase
Once all page designs are approved and resources are in place, the development phase will commence. For a standard project, we anticipate having an initial version of the website ready for testing within 4-6 weeks.
Refinement Phase
The refinement phase is iterative and varies in length based on the amount and type of feedback, as well as how many rounds of changes are needed. Once refinement in staging is completed, we can prepare for launch!

As a guide, standalone web design projects typically start from $4,400, while complete website design and development projects start from $10,000.

Most website projects take several weeks to complete, depending on the scope, number of pages, complexity and feedback process. We’ll provide a proposed timeline before the project begins.
Do you design and develop websites?
Yes. We specialise in both web design and web development services. Unlike most other agencies which provide a broad range of digital services (eg. advertising, social media marketing etc) we focus exclusively on web design and web dev.
Do you work with WordPress?
Yes. WordPress is one of our core platforms, and we specialise in custom WordPress website design and development.
Do you design Shopify websites?
Yes. We design and develop Shopify websites for businesses looking to create or improve their e-commerce presence.
Can you redesign an existing website?
Yes. We regularly work with businesses that have an existing website but need to improve its design, user experience, structure or performance.
Will my website be mobile responsive?
Yes. All websites we design are created with responsive layouts so they work across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
Can you help with SEO or boosting my traffic?
If we’re building a new website for you, we consider SEO fundamentals throughout the website design and development process including site structure, page hierarchy, technical best practices and website performance.
However, we don’t provide ongoing SEO campaigns or content writing as part of our core services. If you need ongoing SEO support, we can refer you to trusted SEO or marketing specialist partners.
